We initially worked on a property finance deal for their first Treehouse Bar and Kitchen in the historic village of Howarth – a stunning full refurbishment programme which resulted in an excellent bar and function room.

Oxygen Business Finance is now looking to provide further funding for a second site for Treehouse Bar & Kitchen in Otley which will be a fabulous addition to the brand – the funding will be provided via a business loan based upon the excellent trading performance of the Haworth site to date.
